After the client company agrees to hire employees, PT. Karya Interna Mandiri will be divide employement status into 2 types, namely :
Recruitment Service Status ( client’s employee status )
Employement status of this species under the direct coordination.
Employement status of the candidates have been selected directly under the client company, and had nothing to do with PT. Karya Interna Mandiri.
Outsourcing Employment Status
This type of employment status means any candidate who was selected to be e mployed by clients is under the coordination of PT. Karya Interna Mandiri. In the other works, candidates who are selected to their employement status in an employee of PT. karya Interna Mandiri placed to work in client companies.
Employement status can be various,depending on the policy of each company..
PT. Karya Interna Mandiri also handle daily staffing employees such as the employement contract, but we will give maximum services in a way not to cut salaries of employees working in the Client Company.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH – RECRUITMENT
Services Progream Excecutive Search – Recruitment. Form of Cooperation areas follows :
- We help to find candidates in accordance with the demands and needs of the clients.
- Candidates that we provide are the best candidates to follow the clients final interview. If Three candidates are not suitable, then we will give the next three candidates to the Client find the right candidate.
- Total revenue and employee facilities are negotiated directly between the candidate and client.
- We offer a standard Fee Recruitment 20% of 13 times the total salary received by employees for 1 year.
OUTSOURCING
Services Program Outsourcing. This form of cooperation which is the basic components of remuneration is as follows :
- We help find candidates in accordance with the demands and needs in each of the unit at the client company.
- The entire management of the Labor Administration under the supervision and control of PT. Karya Interna Mandiri
- Assurance Health care : Jamsostek/ Insurance/ Askes/ Appropriate collective agreement. We offer a standard Management Fee 20% of THP received by the employee each month
- Additional components can be given in accordance with the recommendations and deal with clients
- Storage of files and documents employees a. Complete Curiculum Vitae b. School Certificate c. Work Agreement d. Salary Slip, Taxes, etc.
- Health Administration a. Medical Check-Up (MCU ) b. Routine health check every year c. Premium Payment or Health Claim
- Employee participation in Jamsostek a. Regitered certaintly and administrative processes b. Certaintly in the cutting of each month c. Certaintly in the disbursement of finds d. Premium Payment or Health Claims
- Payroll Process a. Administrative process, Salary Slip, and payroll reports b. Cutting Pph 21 and Pph 23 c. Cutting for Jamsostek 2% every month d. Form SPT 1721 – A1 per person per year
